Is it difficult adding a HSF to a vid card?

I have a new AIW VE on its way from Newegg. I have a SFF and the card will be in a PCI riser cage, so I'm a little concerned about heat build-up.

Is that little white thing just below the heatsink on the right side of the card a plug for a HSF's power cord?

Can anyone recommend a decent HSF (by brand and/or model) that might work for this?
