you cant win with phone sex. your girlfriend will tell you that you cheated on her, and your guy friends will say you didn't score anyways.
 
if you have phone sex and its not with an SO, you are probably so low you don't have an SO anyways so i find this question irrevelant.

probably a matter of opinion. i say any time you are actually acting on any sort of temptations (ie. picking up the phone, dialing, breathing heavy and finally f/\pping yourself into oblivion) is cheating. u can think all ya want, but when you pick up that kleenex box.. er phone, yes i believe you cross a line. same goes for teh cybersex0rz IMHO.
 
It doesn't matter. Phone sex is a waste of fvcking time, so it shouldn't concern you whether the practice is cheating or not.
