is it bad to eat expired protein bars?

My brother won't eat anything past it's expiration date. He figures those engineers that come up with those expiration dates know more than we do. :laugh:

I however live on the edge... I eat pork rinds even when they are as much as a year past their "best used by" date. Yeah, I'm a rebel.

Don't eat two boxes of protein bars at once. Just eat one a day. They might be stale, so have a drink too. As long as the package is still sealed they should still be good even though they're from June 1805, but any vitamin C or E will have deteriorated by now.
