Is it bad that my 12v rail is at 15.66v?

i've been havin trouble with my video card i think. My 12v rail is at 15.6v according the the magic health bios thing on bootup.

Is there anyway to check in windows?

Yikes, thats a pretty high 12v rail you have...does your PSU have adjustable POTS inside? What brand is it?

do a google search and download MBM5 to check your voltage. If you have a digital multi meter just stick the probes in a molex and check it there. If its at 15V you'll fry stuff, hard drives first.

I agree! Get that power supply out of there A.S.A.P., even if you can't use your computer for a couple of days! If you let this go on it could be catastrophic.

Are you sure that's not the -12v rail, which is useless, and generally pretty far off?
