Is it acceptable for men to wear open toe shoes or sandals at work?

But I did see a guy here at work on Friday wearing sandals. They weren't open toed but they were sandals. Pissed me off. We're a corporate office environment, not the friggin' beach. :disgust:

I don't wear them at all either.
 
we were able to wear almost anything before we got bought out. I was looking forward to wearing shorts, sandals and t-shirt the whole summer 🙁.
 
I work from home, so I pretty much wear whatever I want. On nice days like today, that is usually shorts, sandals, and a polo-style shirt.
