Considering I took all my winter crap home (I mean, it was 82 and I have a nice tan from Tuesday), "a tad nippy" is an understatement of how freakin cold it was today.

we had a freak hail/snow storm at around 3 here..

I was caught outside in a tshirt on my walk home.

LAAAAAAAME.
 
I went outside in short sleeves, my arm froze up in 1 minute. It's painful typing this message because my joints haven't defrosted yet. Right now, its 34 here.
