Make a BLT withOUT the tomato? I'm not much a tomato fan (unless its like the HEIRLOOM variety of uber quality).

hell no. But you must use the best bacon and lettuce to make up for it.

I like variations so I make BLA (bacon, lettuce, and avocado) and BLRP (bacon, lettuce, and roasted pepper). If you can find it try smoked hog jowl bacon. It is, imo, the most amazing and tastiest bacon in existence and makes everything taste better.

BLT = no substitute
My restaurant always has access to the best tomatoes I have ever had, always extremely red and ripe. We go as far to sell a plate of sliced tomatoes as an appetizer, and it is one of our main sellers (next to our onion rings as big as your head). Crazy thing, we are a seafood joint.

TLDR = Tomato makes a BLT, just need the right kind.

Do you really believe ANYTHING is a "sin?"

Isn't "sin" just a word made up by those who invented religion as a means of controlling human behavior?

Everything is better with cheese. Drop the tomato and add a slice of American or cheddar. It's effin' great.
