Just curious. This has never happened before. It'll do it someetimes every few minutes. Other times it will be more like 15-20, but it keeps doing it consistently, and this is going on the fourth day now. Should I be worried?

I did a bit of googling, but it mostly just suggests eye disease, which I'm pretty sure doesn't apply. Or that I'm not sleeping enough.

My right eye twitches when I'm under lots of stress, or I'm really worried about something.

Probably a mix of a lot of stress, eye strain and not enough rest. Turn off your computer and go to sleep earlier and see if that helps.

Stress or lack of sleep.
I get it often, my doctor told me it was probably due to not getting enough sleep, and it seems he is correct.

But according to fLum0x, I'm dying, so perhaps I'll just skip the doctor and arrange my funeral :p

But yes, I'll consider going to the doctor if the situation doesn't improve. Lately I haven't been getting much sleep (5-6 hours a day) when I'm used to running on a couple more than that, and my year at UCF has begun(hardest semester of classes I've ever had). Plus my car is broken. So yes...I'm a little stressed. Could be worse though.

he's right.

my eye twitched for 6 months....on and off of course.....and it was mostly b/c of the stress of my now ex-g/f and working two jobs.

Now i still work two jobs and when i work too much i dont get enough sleep, it comes back. And now that im single.......it pretty much went away.

Well, tomorrow and Friday are my light days as far as my schedule goes, so I don't really have to go anywhere more than once. I'll head to bed early as well and see what that does for me.

Hmm, when I had pink eye my eye would twitch, but nowhere close to this marathon 15-20 minutes that you're talking about. Sounds like a camera shutter gone haywire.

For now, go with ArchCenturion's advice. The pirate look is bomb bizzle. See a doctor when you can, if you've still got the shutterbug. :D

meh, this happened to me for like a month a while back, nothing ever came of it.

On a seperate note, my second surgery helped remove more of my cataracts and medical marijuana does wonders for my glaucoma(sp?).

Found out it was my eyelid and not my eye. Seems to have stopped today.

I get "twitching eye" when I look at a computer too long. Just go for day outside.

I had a problem a year or two ago where my eye was twitching alot at random times. I had no idea what the problem was, but then some things changed in my life and all of a sudden alot of stressful things disappeared and the twitching stopped. So it could very well be stress related if you're under alot of stress. you may not even realize it, because until all the stressful things went away I didn't realize how much stress I was under.
