I have 1 more yr worth of classes then i will have my bachelors in biochemistry...
Unfortunately, I just realized i hate bio with passion.. chemistry is so so...
I found myself longing for physics and engineering recently...
However, i plan to apply for pharmacy school after my bachelors which means, if i get accepted to a pharmacy school.. it wont matter which major i was in...
My current GPA is 3.5 out of 4.. what's ur call?
 
Do what you want, it'd be stupid to do something for the rest of your life that you will hate and be miserable doing.
 
well if you are going to continue schooling, just finish it and make sure you make the right choice next time 🙂
 
talk to an advisor and make sure your school will let you. If you have too many credits, they might not allow you to change...

well.. that' is only if i get into a pharmacy school... if i dont i will probably have to start over with a major in physics or engineering...
 
How many upper division courses have you taken? From a financial stand point, if you have already completed more than 50% of upper division courses, then it would be a bad idea to switch this late in your college career (You will have to spend time and money to complete upper division requirements specific to physics).

yea.. after this semester i will only have about 3-4 upper courses than i will be done..
 
if you're that close I'd just finish what youre doing and continue going to school with another major, or get a post bac in some other field.

How about getting a grad degree in Physics or engineering?

Yes but some employers might. So you have a major in BioChem, but you could minor in Physics? Those minor classes probably go towards another degree anyway, and once you finish biochem, you could finish what classes you need for another one. At least my college lets us do that.
 
Also, you said you'd be going to pharmacy school no matter what your major is.. If that is the case, why would you even think about spending another 2-3 years getting an engineering degree?
