i actually prefer the software on the zen micro. however, where the ipod definitely wins hands down is on the interface. what kept me w/ the ipod for so long was the stupid scroll wheel, then touch wheel. great idea, now if anyone can think of a way of integrating it into their player w/o infringing upon apple's patent then it would be money.
