Is "Ignore" a possible feature for the forums?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to have use of an "ignore" feature to block / hide posts from certain users. If it is already available in these forums, I haven't been able to find it. There are at least 5 users (probably more) I would love to put on ignore, as reading their pointless drivel adds nothing to any thread I've seen them post in. It is annoying really. Reading through threads would be so much more pleasant if I didn't have to see their posts at all.

Is it possible it will be an available feature when we migrate away from Fusetalk?

Is this even a feature that other forums have? I don't really frequent any other forums, so I don't know.

there is that one greasemonkey firefox script that blocked all posts from specific users.

Tyler made a GM script that worked with the older version of the forums to remove threads started by users you wanted to ignore but didn't remove individual posts, or so it says. I don't remember how it worked, i used the script for a different purpose.

So far as i know no one has ever updated it to work with this latest version of FuseTalk. If some one wants it i still have a copy. If you get it to work add it to the list here.
