it most certainly is water soluable! when i was a kid,
i had a friend who while at the beach in the water,
would sh1t in his shorts and stay in the waves till it was gone :D
seriously!

human waste in water will partly turn into Ammonia...but u will also see chunks of undissolved food...LOL
