Is hotmail DOWN?

For me, Hotmail is not working through Outlook. I keep getting a timeout messege. It works fine if I go to hotmail's webapge tho.
 
I haven't been able to access my mail since early last night. It's weird because I can get into my passport account, but when I click mail. I get a page can not be displayed.

Very annoying.
 
It's starting to annoy me. I am waiting for emails on 2 used trucks I have inquired about.
