Easy to do if you run your own MX or work for private industry. If we do find that a domain is responsible, we attempt to contact them. Then we might consider blocking the domain from our MX. We just hate setting up access lists like that because it's only a temporary fix anyhow. I hope someone develops some new standard in Email that's SPAM-proof.
