I dont think its overly difficult to follow up with heatware immediately after payment is received or item is received. It takes less than 2 mins to leave a feedback, yet some people arent capable of doing so. It feels like they have something to hide for not leaving a heat. It's sort of like having a credit card but the CC company doesnt add your prompted payments to your credit record. It may not be a huge deal, but why is it so hard for some people to have the courtesy to be friendly about heatware?
