Is google having bandwidth problems?

I need to use picasa for a picture presentation in a few minutes, and my download is going 0.2-0.5 KB/s right now. All downloads from other speeds are normal speed (I'm on a full T1).

If someone else can grab it at normal speed, can you either email me the executable or mirror the file?

Gmail has been sporadically timing out for me today. I just assumed it was my connection. <shrug>
