Is google having bandwidth problems?

I need to use picasa for a picture presentation in a few minutes, and my download is going 0.2-0.5 KB/s right now. All downloads from other speeds are normal speed (I'm on a full T1).

If someone else can grab it at normal speed, can you either email me the executable or mirror the file?

Ha, I tried searching for mirros too. I guess that's what happens when I get in a stressed hurry.
