Is "Glee" good?

I caught the first five or ten minutes of an episode once. The singing made me cringe and I scrambled to change the channel.

it's like a mediocre, but occasionally funny, teen drama with a Kidzbop soundtrack.

All episodes since the Super Bowl have been "meh". The songs and storyline is boring. I thought it was going to get better with the return of Holly Holiday (Gweneth Paltrow)... nope. Even the Regionals episode was boring. I thought they were going to bring the Filipna chick back for that one.

I stopped watching after the winter break, but started again this week and caught up on the episodes.

I fast forward through every scene centered around Kurt, Will (unless Sue is involved) and any song not featuring Mercedes.

it cuts each episode down to a very manageable 5-10 minutes of watchable TV.

I couldn't tell you if it's good or not. I won't watch it because it's a musical. The only thing worse than musicals is 2 girls/oldsmoboat and 1 cup.

I've been in choirs for years and an honor choir once and I liked it. I enjoy the musical aspect of the show, but I just can't freakin stand the stupid high school and angst garbage packaged along with it.

I watch it with my GF, and the episodes vary much in quality of humour and music. But the more Sue Sylvester the better the episode.
