I've never watched it, but I keep hearing people talk about it. I know I'm already a year or two behind the curve... but is it any good, or just 90210 with a little bit of music in it?
 
I enjoy it. It's a TV musical, so the plots are sometimes a bit ridiculous, but the humor is offbeat, the music is good and the women are attractive.
 
No. It's the stupidest show I've ever tried to watch. Definitely one of those shows that appeal to a certain age group and segment of our population (obviously a large one, given its popularity) that I am not in. But, I hate it... my kids love it, go figure!
 
What part of "people are talking about it" makes you think it could be good?

Never watched it, my understanding is that it's basically a singing soap.
 
Sometimes it's very good. Sometimes it's meh. It helps if you like music, especially glee-type. Some of the characters are too off-the-wall for my taste.

Go ahead and watch it. At least you'll know what people are talking about.
 
My wife has been watching it and finally got me into it during the Christmas break. Pretty funny show, good singing too, even if I'm not familiar with some of the songs they choose.

My wife watches it and likes it. I've seen a couple episodes. It isn't as bad as most of the other shows geared toward women.
 
First season was enjoyable enough to watch on hulu while working, but the 2nd seems to have gone down hill, I've only watched a couple of them.
 
They should start writing their own damn songs, it's so fucking lazy that all or almost all of their songs are someone else's.

Same here... I wish I could delete it from view in Netflix entirely. I tried and didn't like, so I rated down but I still see it and other things I've already decided I didn't like.

Dear Netflix,
If you could hide all shows from any list that I've rated 1 star I would be very grateful. I know it wouldn't be easy, but it'd be phenomenally useful.
 
I like the show a lot. They actually deal with some very serious issues too. Gay, teen pregnancy, bullying, etc. It helps the women are easy on the eyes....Quinn, Santana, etc. It gets kind of ridiculous sometimes and if you hit a week where you don't like the theme (like I'm not into Rocky Horror picture show) then the episode won't be great. Sue has some great one liners, as does Britney S. Pierce.
