Is GIGABYTE "GA-K8NS PRO" A good 64 Mobo?

I have been told that the GIGABYTE "GA-K8NS PRO" Is a pretty good board for the 64's. I'm planning on getting the Athlon 64 3000+, 1 GB corsair XMS and have my 9800 pro 128 mb hooked up. I just want to know if this board will perform well.

The motherboard is loaded with features and performs pretty well. (I have one myself.) Thres does seem to be some problems with pc3200 RAM performing at its rated speeds. The motherboard tends to et it at 166 and not 200. The latest F3 Bios had helped ameliorate this problem, but it still exists for some.

this main boad have bad memoy setting , that you cant use each madule taht you want on this . look this article from Tomshardware , you know that K8NS pro is very similar to K8NSNXP .
