Dunno... i just don't like that radioactive green look... i guess it looks cool for some people... but i'm more of the typical red/black person. 🙂
 
You know, 'gay' is an accurate description of a particular style of many things. Rainbows or garish coloring are common traits of this stuff. It's referred to as gay because many homosexuals favor these styles. d1abolic identified it as gay looking and doesn't share that typical gay person sense of taste. Is it any worse that all the gays that I work with who insist on shopping at the gay stores, and eating at the gay restaurants and living in the gay part of town, who are so 'gay' centric?

On the other hand if he just thought it was ugly in general and used 'gay' as a derogative term, then I can't support him.

I do find the the gamecube to be a little gay, but nintendo was probably just targeting children.
 
they probably just liked the name "gamecube" and so they designed it as a cube. otherwise they had to name it "gamebox" or something.
or maybe it was because stupid apple had that dumb cube computer and the nintendo dudes wanted to copy it. kind of like how they use ibm processors like apple does. apple is suck though.

i like the design.. minus the handle. nice and compact... i dunno where you get purse from... just get the black one. It does look more on the toyish side, tho.
 
I like the design. It's small. The handle I don't truly find useful but I don't think it detracts from anything. I like the purple color too. It's different than the plain-jane black/white crap that the console companies have been pushing out (well, N64 came in a bunch of colors too but that was late in the lifespan).
 
It can't possibly be uglier than top loading nintendos (the second release of the original nintendo, around supernintendo's time)
 
Hmm the only way to get it to get a decent-looking GC is to buy a black one and saw off the handle. I'm sure if done correctly, and maybe with a little paint, the marks won't be visible. A black cube surely looks better than a purple purse 😀
