Is GA-EX58-UD4P worth $50 more over the UD3R?

I am building a i7 920 system and trying to decide between the 2 gigabyte motherboards. Is the UD4P worth $50 more? I know it has 6 memory slots vs the 4 on the lower model, but is that worth $50?
 
I think it is worth it for that alone. But for the $50, you get another x16 slot, a heatpiped SB->NB, rear CMOS reset button, and a useable x4 slot (if you plan on using a double slotted card).
