Don't get a tattoo unless YOU really like it, it's a waste of money to get a tattoo to try to impress people. For everyone who likes it, there will be someone who hates it. What matters is that YOU like it.
 
currently your budget is tight and of concern to you now. I say spend wisely for in the future your finances may be looser but so will your skin.

Instead of wasting your money on something that will, inevitably, cause you to end yourself due to shear embarrassment, walk on down to your local hospital, slap that cash down on a counter, and ask for a frontal lobotomy. That way, you'll spare us from ever having to listen to your annoying rambling ever again, and you'll probably gain a few IQ points. How's that sound? Peachy?
 
The ones you see in mussiums where people donate their full body tattoos they look cool. However, I'll give a mathematical proof for why Tattoos are a stupid idea. Think back 10 years. Were you stupid? Chances are the answer is yes. Now, think of the kind of stupid tattoo you would have gotten. The thing is your stupid right now, but it's going to take you 10 years to realize this.
