is Farting in public restroom wrong? while there is others?

back when me and my cousin was 14 we were in a public restroom. i went to the #2 toilet to take a leak. as i pressure my pee i let out a huge bo0o0ot! real loud. i was hoping my cousin wont make it a ruckus but oposite!

he laugh real hard nonstop while i just kept quiet and ignore the situation. as i open the toilet door to come out, theres a man in his 50s coming out from next door to my toilet door as well and he looks at me then says "No Manners" with a serious mean cranky face then he onward looking at my cousin. hes probly 80% sure that it was me that farted but only my cousin that acting all crazy and laughing while i kept cool like nothing.

i kept my face straight and normal. after he walk out, me and my cousin was like wow whats wrong with him? this is a restroom! dont farting allowed?

people poop and fart at the same time and thats alright. pee and fart is not alright?

what do you think? is farting ok in public restroom?
