i agree with you. if youve got the balls to ask a question you know people consider flamebait but cant find the answer, then post away. ive wanted to ask a few things and i click close instead of post after ive got it ready just so i make sure i stay away from a "dumb" question.

Edit: or are you referring to RL? because in RL, at my job....well you get the idea.
