is eating too much saimin bad for your?

i have been eating a lot of those instant ramen/saimin from the packets lately, just wondering if eating too much of that is bad for you. i know its high in sodium and contains MSG, other than that is there anything else i should be aware of that may cause a health concern? can't find much on this topic online, perhaps ATOT has some answers.

Beside the fact that they are processed to hell and contain no real nutrients other than calories? Or the fact that they have an extremely high glycemic index that makes your body convert them to fat in a heartbeat? Or how about the MSG that we all know and love? What about the sodium that, if not balanced with potassium, can increase your blood pressure significantly?

They're terrible for you. Would they be that cheap if they weren't? Nope. Find something else. Get off the noodles. They're a freaking death meal.

Well, I was moreso pointing out that I wasn't aware that 3-5g of saturated fat was "high."

probably depends, there are different grades of ramen😛 cheapest probably the worst.
if you drink the soup then yes, very bad...sodium is too high.
its not so bad if you dump the soup after. depends a lot on what else u put in...veg etc

Playing devils advocate: 20% daily value is nothing. If you have a package for one meal and you eat three meals a day, you are on track to be below your % DV.

Fair enough. I assumed it did since it comes from bleached flour or something of the sort. Still nothing more than calories.
