if anything, it has more relevance today than ever. i think it should be a mandatory viewing requirement for all of america.

Don't think. Just watch it. It is a perfect movie. So funny in a satiric kind of way. Just perfect satire.

The IMDB top 250 is very lopsided and mainstream imo..and some films that are on the list don't even belong on it. This movie, however, is amazing! Hope you enjoy it. :)

Are you kidding? It's not the same today, but it was a breakthrough movie. I can't think of any movie moreso.

It was pretty hard for me to take George C. Scott seriously in Patton after seeing him in Dr. Strangelove. He was brilliant in that, and to me more memorable than Peter Sellars.

OK, above were quotes from General Jack D. Ripper and Sellars, but it was Scott's character that impressed me the most.
