Is Dr. Strangelove a movie worth seeing?

IMDB seems to think highly of it, but then again, a lot of it's top choices look fairly obscure. What do people think?

Edit: I finally watched it. It was awesome... briliant satire, and great acting, esp by Geore C. Scott in the War room. Also, the Dr. Strangelove 'Mein Furher' scenes were hilarious. I'll add my vote to recommending this movie to anyone. And best of all, it's short, so it's a quick watch.

It is truly a great movie. Among my favorites. See it. Kubrick was a great director, for the most part.

It would be worth it just to seem Slim Pickin's and the bomb.

Once you factor in Ripper and Mandrake, pure genius.

Very good satire and one of the better movies, overall, I've ever seen. Definitely worth seeing when you consider that it'd be in the 99th percentile of the stuff at your local rental place...

I've tried to watch it a few times but its always late at night.. so I fall asleep about 5 minutes into it :(

It's a great movie. I normally dislike black and white films, but Dr Strangelove is awesome.

It also conclusively tells you what happened to London's Jack the Ripper, since he was never caught.

And Slim Pickins is awesome

HELL Yes!

I remember my Dad dragging me to that movie was I was a little kid (when it was first released) and thinking "WHAT A STUPID BORING Movie!!"

The I saw it again, YEARS later, and LMFAO!!!!
