People find it fun because you collect things and build stats. It's almost like this obsessive compulsive impulse to get more items and level your character just so you can see these numbers increase. It's a lot like how people take billions of quizzes and build huge networks of "friends" on myspace.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Its not his or her fault that it doesnt agree with pretty much everyone else :)

. Wth is the point of this game? All you do is click on the enemies, and occasionally take a heal potion. The spell system is too awkward to even bother using. There's no skill, no story, just keep clicking. I don't understand how so many people found this game fun.

what i said when it came out. clicking likea freaking trained monkey. pointless.

Is that how you judge games? Go play zelda one for nes and tell me how fun it is. Im sure you will come back saying the same thing.

No story in diablo? You don't like to read much do you? Game at the time was extremely popular, and fun might i add. Leveling is what made replay value. unfortunately lack of anti-cheat programs destroyed this game.
Once again, go read the diablo lore. You would be surprised how much story there is to the game.

Ok maybe i didn't play it for long enough to see much much of the story. The original zelda had good game play, intresting puzzles, and took skill. Diablo fails on all 3 counts.
