Is Dell's return policy on laptop 30 days?

Bought a laptop about 3 weeks ago and I'm not toally happy with it. Plan to get a different one and was wondering if it's 30 days and if there's a restocking fee. I can't seem to find the answer on their site.

If you were able to get it for a good price, fleabay is a possibility.. that's what I did with my cameras from dell.
