I have been watching their commercials and if the management trainees on the video are a example of what is going to be running the Co. in the future I cant wait.

Their newer commercials are awful. They seem to be trying to come up with another "dell dude" type of ad. Goof on the kid all we want, but he sold a bunch of computers for them. Whoever does their advertising now doesn't seem too creative.

Dell is doing very good for all this IT slowdown.
the problem is none of us would buy a Dell at standard price.
and Dell (along with other major OEM) is not target to make money from any of us.
People who buy Dell is your average joe-six pack, they don't know any better.
you know the one refer computer case as either a CPU or HDD.

I personally won buy anything on Dell unless huge discount, but I would like to own some of their stock ;)

Agreed...those newer commercials are horrendous...I don't think Dell is going anywhere any time soon though.

When Dell and AOL silently went to support desks located in India I figured both were on their way out.

I'l never order from dell again. The two times I bought something from them was VERY unpleasant.

1. a 18" LCD they shipped it but when I went to pick it up at UPS it had a fork lift blade hole in the box. I refused shipping and it took them 1 year to credit back my card because they disputed having recieving it. I never took possesion or signed anything.

2. 4/5 rebates they rejected on the omniplex so I paid $900 for basically a $400 computer.
