Is costco a good place for Business notebooks

I am planning to buy a notebook for my business. I want it to be light so I can travel with it. I shop at Costco a lot and I saw some sales there. I was wondering if they were a good place to buy from. What I like about them is they are willing take back their stuff no questions asked. And I get cash back when I buy stuff there.

If not. Can some one suggest a good deal on notebook that is 5lbs or less.

Well Costco really doesn't have any 'business notebooks' IMHO...they are all more consumer grade.

What's your budget though?

I think the ASUS laptops that are out are awesome, especially with their long battery life. Don't think Costco sells them though.

However, Costco return policy is great. If they have a laptop that fits your needs, can't go wrong buying it there.

I'd highly recommend them, in large part because you get an automatic 2-year warranty and you get 24/7 phone support for ever. Very nice when you're on the road somewhere!

I just picked up an HP dm4 at costco. Its the higher end version that has both the ati 5450 and the integrated graphics. Its on sale right now for $800 in the my local store, but they only have refurbs listed on the website so YMMV.

I haven't seen any serious business class notebooks at Costco here in Tucson. I prefer to order mine directly from the OEM configured exactly as I want.

Costco is always hit or miss with electronics. If they happen to have the model you want, or you're not too picky, you can get pretty good deals and the free extra year warranty is nice.

hp business warehouse is the bomb. you get 3 year warranty on refurbs including free ship for $60 - they have a TON of business and personal models.

the business line say a 2530p or 2540p you can uplift for $150 the 3 year warranty to ADR,CompuTrace pro, and DMR[great for ssd].
