Conan will be replaced by Jimmy Fallon ... much to the dismay of THE ENTIRE NBC VIEWING AUDIENCE. Carson Daly was bad, but Jimmy Fallon? C'mon NBC, you're better than that ...

Fallon sucks, sure, for now at least...but no way in HELL is he worse than Carson fucking Daly.

Leno will be prime time with his own show in the fall at the 10PM slot, which AFAIK, is the last prime time slot.

Conan is taking over the Tonight Show, which is more of a late night show, since it starts at 1130ET.
 
One can only hope it's soon since Jay Leno is ok but I miss my Conan fix since Fallon does nothing for me.
 
I think Tina Fey should totally host instead of Fallon. Since they're changing formats might as well have somebody who's more entertaining.

I believe Conan starts on June 6th...don't know what was with the huge gap inbetween but I guess moving cross country can take a while. Conan will be great, I'm sure of this. Fallon reallllly blows right now, I'll give him another chance in a couple years perhaps...if he makes it.

Which is just about exactly the same way most people over puberty feel about Conan replacing Leno on the Tonight show...so Yes OP, Conan will (unfortunately) be back...sometime in May when he takes over the Tonight Show when Jay Leno leaves.

despite all of the critical awards, boatloads of acclaim, and well, it's actually become quite popular this season.

are you using old ratings, from before this year when indeed no one was watching it?
