That being said, I'm going to have to try out the pure caffeine powder:D

Did I mention I cannot have caffeine in large doses anymore? Aside from the occasional can/glass of pop(which I have drastically cut down), anything with caffeine in large amounts gives me similar experiences as before(only on a smaller level)...I feel extremely nauseous, terrible headaches, that weird in-a-weightless-state feeling, etc.
similar, as I am told, to a bad cocaine OD though I have not personally experienced that yet...:))

Yeah, and if you ever do, I'll kick your ass. ;)

And, though maybe not directly connected to the OD(that of which was very similar, as I am told, to a bad cocaine OD though I have not personally experienced that yet...:)) I have constant headaches that only go away with a constant stream of aspirin/tylenol. Like I said before, be careful if you don't want your life possibly changed forever, or even end up dead.
I know enough about drugs to know that 4 grams of pure caffeine is too much. I'm not going to use the pure caffeine to find out how far I can go before I OD.

As an analytical chemist type person I was going to highly suggest that people reconsider taking pure caffiene, but I think Lord Maul's story gets the point across quite well.

LordMaul, man that was scary. But why in Gods name would you feel the need to take caffeine in such large doses? I personally stopped all caffeine consumption in the past 4 months, and feel a lot better about myself.

Injecting it would give you the biggest bang, but it'd fvck you up good. Your heart would go crazy. I'm no doctor but I could easily see you dying if you injected even a small amount of caffeine.

No all of caffines bonds are covalent (share valence electrons) salt is an ionic bond between sodium and chorine the later transfering an electron to the former.

LordMaul- Wow, just wow. You have changed my perspective on caffeine.

/slowly sets down can of Mt. Dew, backs away from it

And I'm serious here, I'm not trying to mock you. That story is truly shocking.

No. Salt is a broader definition than just sodium and chlorine. That is an example of a salt.

Anyways, as far as caffeine goes, your story is shocking, LordMaul.. However, I would NEVER ever take more than 1g at a time.

You can't prove anything! :p

LordMaul why didn't you just do some speed?

Not only is it way more expensive and harder to get a hold of, but I didn't think it would have anywhere near the same effects until I was already at the point of no return.

In the USA it does. Only Jolt Cola has more caffeine as far as sodas go. In Canada it's illegal to caffinate a citrus beverage, so it's caffeine free up here.
