They showed several pictures on a news show and it looks like he is making physical changes to his body to become a female.

Decreasing or shaving one's adam apple is a very common thing to do in Thailand. The transexuals there do it all the time. It makes them look more feminine.

He has denied it. Maybe he's getting his Adam's apple shaved because he's tired of cutting himself shaving.
 
Why is it considered feminine to care about how you look?

Can you only be manly by looking like a dirty hobo and dressing like a 5 year old?
 
With all this cold outside i am going female as well.
Luckily i have my work tool kit with me for when i have to take a piss : A tweezer and a magnifying glass ! 😡
