Is Baldur's Gate 2 out yet in the US?

I don't think it is out here yet (Nova Scotia, CAN) but I plan on buying right when it gets in stores around here.

Has anyone played it yet, if it is infact out?
 
not out, the best way to see if games are out are the Warez news pages, the pages that post the .nfo files for each release.
 
Wouldn't know if it's been released here or not, but I would have thought it would be released in the US first. Isn't the developer a US based company?
