is ATOT slow for anyone else?

in general, yes, ATOT is pretty slow, but there are a few bright minds here

Their servers must be in NJ, because my cable connection went out while surfing ATOT, and when it came back on, AT was really really really slow.

There is a brightness adjustment on monitors and TVs but it doesn't seem to work
