Question Is Asus rog stric 3080 12gb better than Zotac 3080ti AMP Halo

I'd like to buy future proof GPU.
Know I had Zotac RTX 3080ti halo but I think it has low quality card.
I think to replace it with Asus rog 3080 12 GB which is high quality and cute GPU and sealing my Zotac one.
Please suggest me a solution.

First, there's no such thing as a "future proof pc," because as soon as you do, a new, faster CPU, GPU, or something else will be released and you'll be wanting to upgrade again.

Your Zotac card has yhe better gpu, but Zotac has a reputation for being pretty low quality. ASUS has a reputation for better quality.(although I'm not so sure about their service)
