This stupid essay thing where he makes up sentences that are supposed to be funny? I can't believe that these would be true practice essays.

I was talking to my buddy yesterday (who has been doing improv his whole life) about Leno. We basically agreed that Leno is pretty much the best out there. Ya, some people hate him. But, he's better at getting everyone to like him and he can make the most varied of audiences laugh. Conan is pretty much limited to the immature high school and college students who think that him making a funny face is a riot. Letterman is surreal - he never seems to do anything remotely clever.

Leno delivers jokes pretty good and recovers nicely from bad deliveries. He's also quick-witted. You might think person X is soo much funnier than Leno, but then you wouldn't represent most people. Leno deserves his spot at #1 and I hope he stays there longer than 2009, where Conan the Predictable is scheduled to take over.

I still like Jay better than Conan, I wished Conan would stop doing those funny faces/funny walks that he usally pulls outta his ass when his joke sucked in order to get a sympathy laugh. Those gestures aren't funny, unless you are retarded or a 3 year old.
If he can do that, he just might edge Leno.

to say leno just buys cars is selling him short. You can not like his comedy, whatever... but the man knows his cars, he's not just some asshat jerk with money to spare, and women to impress, he's a car buff.

I personally enjoy leno sometimes, though lately (these last 3 years) not so much enjoyment.
