Is anyone using Gravis Gamepads? I'm gonna smash these things in a minute

I decided it was time to upgrade my controller from the GamePad Pro USB, so I went out and bought the Gravis Eliminator GamePad Pro and the Eliminator AfterShock. Figured these 2 would take care of any game I played. Well the problem is I cannot get these things to install properly. I'm using a 4 port hub, I used to have the GamePad Pro plugged into it and it was fine. So I simply unlugged that and plugged in the AfterShock. The hourglass came up it listed it in the Game Controller panel and all looked fine. But when I try to click on it I get an error about no support files??? So I unlpugged it and plugged the Eliminator GamePad in, and it insalled exactly the same. So it's listed there, I click on it and it goes to the properties page and says not connected! At this point I became angry. So I installed that pain in the arse Experience software thinking that would help. Nope. Same errors. Now I can't even get the Aftershock to show up unless the original gamepad is plugged in too. WTF? I now have all 3 plugged in and the only one that works is the original one. I tried installing the drivers from both the Game Controller panel and device mananger. Nothing will make these things work. Does anyone have any idea? I'm going to freak out in a minute.

Well I fixed it. I installed a Ghost Image from last week before I installed DX8. Didn't have any problems that I knew of till now. Guess it's DX7 for awhile still. And thank goodness for Ghost
