Is anyone using AMD Fusion For Gaming?

I recently bought a 4870 OC to pair with my X2 6000 but currently have to RMA the motherboard.





But after should I try this? Anyone using it and have any feedback?

yes i have used it on my laptop for playing star trek legacy.
my laptop only has a ATI Radeon 1100 graphics card.
so it made legacy noticeably less sluggish...

It does seem to make most games a little smoother but they dont' really show it in benchies so not sure. Could just be a placebo effect.

Fusion is a convenience tool. It just shuts down some of the Windows XP/Vista processes that aren't needed for gaming making the game have better and a little faster access to what it needs. I thinks it's a good tool and I hope nVidia comes out with something similar.:thumbsup:
