Yeah, I think you guys need to lighten up just a liiiiittle bit. If he had said Crap-tanic instead of Titanic, would that be disrespectful to the people who died on the ship when he's referencing the movie?
I do always love it when people forget what goes into making a movie and the fact that it IS ultimately a business. The movie costs $130 MILLION. This movie was different. A lot of people didn't get paid for making this movie, Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckwhatever included. They are on defered payment. So the movie has to make MORE than $130 million before they see a dime. The movie will probably make that in the next two weeks, but it has to make a lot more than that for everyone to see a nice return. It's not a quick buck. It's taken them at least six months or so of work. Probably 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and costing a lot of money upfront.
