Is anyone here really good with Crystal Reports or excel?

I want to know who sends us buisness and how much.
The information is in a program called prosoft.
We pull information out of it with Crystal Reports.
I can dump that information into Excel.
But, the formate is all messed up in Excell making it impossible to make charts or other useful information.
Would it be easier to modify the Crystal Report, the Excel data, or what?

check your email. something is causing your export file to have negative dates...something Excel doesn't like.

Several people in my building use Crystal Reports along with Excel. I could ask somebody something for you, let me know what you have in mind.

I dump Crystal reports to Excel all the time. It sometimes messes up the column headers but that's it.

Ok, the Crystal Report is an rft file, correct?
The one they made for me gets the data I want, but then it hands it to me as 150 pages of data.
I want it to tell me who brings in the most money.
Can't Crystal do that pretty easily?
