Ok, I had this lady to call me asking why she couldn't check her email. She says yahoo is down. I checked to make sure her internet is up. It is. So i told her to type in www1.yahoo.com and it worked fine, until she wanted to check her email(mail.yahoo.com) and it won't work for her again. Everything on my pc works fine. So is anyone else having problems like this. Does anyone know what might be wrong.
Few facts:
1) her internet is up, i made sure of that
2)her company did not put a filter on yahoo.com
