Is anyone here a Tech Support rep for Comcast or TW or OOnline?

What should I have to know before hand before going into an interview?

I currently am A+ certified, I know how to hook up a home network using a router like a Linksys router.

I'm able to troubleshoot over the phone.

What other specific network capabilities will I need?

congrats you are over qualified for the job. those jobs pretty much only require you to know how to use a PC the rest is pretty much all done by script.

I was informed that I need to know "advanced networking" to be eligible for the job.

Other than using cmd.exe and ping, tracert, and winipcfg and ipconfig, I don't know what else there is to know.

Level 1 tech support : Please unplug the power from your router and wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in again.... oh doesnt work hold on going to transfer you to level 2 tech support.

Make sure to tell them that you are very good at explaining technical problems/solutions in a non-technical manner.
