Is anyone having problems logging into PayPal?

I'm having problems logging into my PayPal account. I don't know if it's due to the new homepage design or not. I keep getting this error:

We are sorry that we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click retry or try again later.

I can't log into either one of my accounts...
I also have a package to send out and I can't print the lable out for it, even though it's already paid for...
Paypal and the USPS connection are both down....

Same thing here. Trying to print out a USPS label for an auction and can't even login

i didn't try logging in, but it sure is slow

they did change the homepage substantially

(paranoid as I am: i did a nslookup and whois just to be sure...)

Damnit, I was able to login, and had got the label ready, then hit submit and got that damn error message again! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:|

yep, they ran off with all our money to russia. turns out it was paypal sending those paypal scam e-mails.

I am getting the same error this morning, They also declined my paypal debit card this morning for a $60 purchase when I have $120 in my account..

I guess the updates aren't going smoothly...

Paypal hasn't been functional for most of the last two or three days. They were up for a few hours yesterday afternoon, but went back down last night and doesn't appear to have been working since. At least they manage to change the type of error you get every few hours so there's some variety.

Well, it was down last night and it just gave me the same error just now WTF.

EDIT: I hit retry and it took me right to my My Account without re-entering the login.

Last night I must have gave up after half a dozen tries.
