Is anyone else sick of this election already?

OK, I'm no supporter of Obama. He's fake. He's accepted more big money than hillary & mccain combined. He's going to fuck the black people that vote for him worse than clinton did. Wall Street supports him, not grass roots. But he shucks & jives with the best of them so everyone believes he's the people's candidate...

But Mccain is just as bad. He used to be a 'maverick' in 2000. But now he just falls in line with whatever the Republicans want and it's obvious he's only doing it so that he can get elected for the sake of getting elected. He's been completely whipped and has no integrity left, he's as fake as Obama.

Am I the only person that's absolutely nauseated that these are our two shitty choices? Seriously? This is the best we can do? A black huckster who betrays his own race even as he takes their vote, and a maverick who gets on his knees for his party's creed? I'm so sick of this already.

Actually I am ready for the race to really get going.

Post Olympics and conventions things really get interesting. Right now it is almost all fluff and BS issues. Whose view on energy is closest to Paris Hilton's??? WTF is with that?

We really need a "confidence" or "no confidence" vote every other year to speed up getting rid of bozoes.

I was getting a little tired of it until the latest HRC/BHO news hit about them "working out" how things are gonna be handled at the Dems Convention. This should get interesting.

Title is misleading. It should have been: "RANT: I hate obama and mccain isn't much better but obama is really dogshit."

And yes, it's wearing thin.

Just vote for Barr and be done with it.

Sorted those posts in correct order, as if it wasn't obvious enough. There IS a no confidence vote and it's for ANY OTHER person besides the party elite.

We'll see.

It's hard to guess how it'll turn out as evidenced by our current embarrassment of an administration. A lot of people were dead wrong.

But, you could be right about the next one. You could also be wrong. You don't really want to be right though, do you?

I blame the press and America's 10 second sound bite attention span.
There's a lot more going on than you'll ever know from fox, cnn or msnbc.
All they care about reporting is Obama called Mccain a poo poo, and Mccain called Obama
a wee wee.
Thats politics tv style 2008.

If and when they come to your area, get out and hear them live.
Not just a 10 second sound bites, but the whole thing.
Something you will never get from media tv. Or print (for that matter).
Hell, you get more useful news from the scrolls at the bottom of the screen
than from the media mouth.

Television killed the politics of substance. Gone are the days when someone could discuss real issues in depth and actually form an oppinion, today everything has to be done in 10 second sounbytes that fit neatly into the attention span of the average idiot raised on watching TV.

Fix the fact that your dinosaur world is going to be washed away, if you can. Oh, that's right, you can't. Bu Bye!

The level of your ignorance is pretty impressive, even for P&N.

Tip: Stick with opinions and avoid making fact based statements. You don't seem very adept at them.

I'm sick of hearing about the election . I can't turn on the news without constant articles about the candidates. It has gotten to the point that if there is no news to report about them , they invent some. Next up, Obama gave 50 cents for a tip while eating out, what does that mean for our economy if he wins.

It was over when the New Hampshire Republican primary got haxored, stealing Ron Paul`s momentum.

The fact that the new incoherent, party-line McCain became a front runner and got the nomination should tell you this race is bullshit.

Totally know how you feel. This is like the longest campaign in U.S. history it seems. And the worst part is, come 2009, we the American people will still have that political dildo stuck firmly in our ass.

These presidential campaigns are way too long but what's the alternative, preventing people from campaigning to be elected in a democracy?

This year is much better than other years only because the Dem primary race lasted longer.

Watching the olympic ceremonies. I just saw my first McCain ad.

Basically it had people chanting Obama's name, then Obama appears on the screen waving to people.

Then the monotone voice says something bad about Obama. I honestly don't remember about what it was only that it was bad because he sounded like someone punched him in the nads.

Then a smiling McCain comes on the screen and it says he is going to fix our energy problems. Then thats it

confusing as hell I tell ya! I think McCain's campaign is tanking it on purpose.

The season is just getting started :weep;

I'm satisfied with Obama personally, while I wish he was more liberal/conservative on certain issues I think I'll settle for this - otherwise he'd never be elected.
