I'm curious is anyone else is having a problem with their Raspberry Pi 2 overheating and crashing. I leaving mine running all of the time in a case that seems to have decent ventilation, but it seems to crash/hang after two or three days of constant operation. When I go to power cycle it, it feels warm to the touch.

I'm not overclocking the Pi or running anything CPU intensive on the system, so I'm not sure what's going on. Has anyone else had this issue?

maybe apply a small ram heat spreader to it?

I've heard of people doing that, but it's not supposed to be necessary. I checked the temperature on it this morning, and it's running at 42 degrees C at idle. That doesn't seem bad.
