Is Anyone Else Getting An "About Blank" Popup Window

Every now and then I get an "About Blank" pop up window. Which is a blank window...

Either their content is gone (fubared) or you have that IP as a loopback in your hosts file.

The (Default) value setting in one or more registry keys points to an incorrect location for the Urlmon.dll

Try typing this in the command prompt to fix it:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK

When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

If that doesn't fix it.... it's something else.
