i agree strongly. This song (to me) just sucks. I don't know why i don't like it, but i am so annoyed at how many times my local station plays it from 8am to 4pm EVERY bloody day :|

That song, Photograph (which they totally ganked the theme from "The Kids aren't allright by the Offspring"), Some Seether song, etc. I swear, I turned the station about 4 times and Every single station I turned to was playing photograph (in varying stages of completion). I had to turn it on Kettering's Radio station (94.3 for the win) and listen to some techno.

Hey meltdown, do you get detriot stations over there?

That's typical of mainstream radio.

Try going to Satellite Radio (XM is my favorite) and get rid of those damn commercials and constant recycling of a 10 or 15-song playlist.

"When September Ends" by Green Day. I hear it on the radio at work at least once an hour on one of the radio stations i listen to, not to mention all the other stations. I know, i change it every time it comes on, but really now, enough is enough already.

If your not tired of this song, are there any that you are tired of?
every GreenDay hit gets overplayed on the radio to the point of ruining it forever.

yeah very rarely will i stop on that one. mostly i listen to 89x. my car doesn't have a CD player so i'm pretty much in the dark ages there and stuck with whatever is played on the air. but, i'm also a news junkie so it works out ok.

Clear Channel, Inc. uses a ~20 song rotation, and I'm sick of every single damned song on it. This includes that Nickleback "Photograph" song, anything by Kelly Clarkston, Rob Thomas, and, of course, Green Day.

Photograph is a great song. And so are all of Kelly Clarkson's. I don't listen to the radio but those are both guilty pleasures of mine. I also love the the Backstreet Boys "I just want you to know" video.

This is exactly why there isn't a single radio hooked up to an antenna in my house, nor is the antenna in my car hooked up to my stereo.
MP3 CDs > radio
I just have to hear about new bands via word of mouth now.

If you are being serious, then you are exactly what's wrong with music today.

I like the song... I very rarely listen to FM radio so them playing it out isn't a problem for me.

(I remember back in the day they played that Sugar Ray song, "Fly", to DEATH... one time in my car three different stations were playing it, so I pushed in the tape so I could escape the song... You'll never guess what the tape was... Yes it was Sugar Ray and that damned song once again. I screamed and slowly gave in to my fate)
